Project overview:
Construction of 21 km of tramway line, including concrete works, underground utilities, station construction and the refurbishment of historical urban pavements, notably in Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The project also included tunnel works.
Value and impact:
The project significantly improved Florence’s mobility network, connecting strategic city areas and the airport, promoting more efficient and sustainable transportation.
